Embarking on a New Journey for China’s Rail Transit
This Letter of Intent signed by NORIS Group serves first and foremost as a positive endorsement of Jiangsu Noris-Sibo Sensing Technology Co., Ltd., the newly established Sino-German joint venture platform. Focused on the sensing technology sector, the newly-founded company aims to build an R&D, manufacturing and technical service base for sensors rooted in the Yangtze River Delta and serving the whole country.Backed by MODERN RAILWAYS 2027, an exhibition platform with extensive global influence, Jiangsu Noris-Sibo Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. will be able to connect with China State Railway Group, regional railway bureaus, rolling stock manufacturers, system integrators and research institutes. This will shorten the cycle from product R&D and verification to mass application. Meanwhile, drawing on NORIS Group’s technology and brand reputation in rail transit sensing and automation worldwide, the company will raise its industry visibility and build greater customer trust.

From the signing of the Letter of Intent at InnoTrans 2026 in Berlin to the official rendezvous at the China National Convention Center in Beijing in 2027, the partnership between NORIS Group and Sibo Group is entering a deeper, more advanced phase. We will take this opportunity to further deepen Sino-German technological integration and industrial collaboration. At MODERN RAILWAYS 2027, we will showcase cutting-edge achievements in rail transit sensing, contributing Sino-German collaborative expertise to technological advancement in the global railway industry.
